I am Jesús Fontecha Diezma, PhD in Computer Engineering and Senior Lecturer at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM). I develop my teaching and research activities at the Computer Science School in Ciudad Real, where I teach in the Computer Engineering Degree and other academic programs.
Since 2008, I have been part of the MAmI Research Lab (Modelling Ambient Intelligence) research group, where I conduct research in the areas of ubiquitous computing, mobile computing, ambient intelligence, and digital health (mHealth). My work focuses on developing smart systems that improve people’s quality of life, especially in the healthcare field.
My research career has been marked by a passion for technological innovation applied to real problems. I have participated in numerous national and international research projects and have published more than 100 articles in prestigious international journals and conferences.
